Herve Nganguia, Ph.D

Founder of Akili. Dr. Nganguia earned his Doctorate degree in mathematical sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, following an M.S. in biomedical engineering from Columbia University, and an M.S. in applied mathematics from San Diego State University. Dr. Nganguia has over 20 years of experience combined in applying mathematical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve problems in fields within the industrial, natural, physical, and social sciences.

Fabrice Soffack

CMO of Akili. An early investor, Mr. Soffack is also the former founder and executive director of the Angels & Doves foundation that provides services and training to empower women in developing countries. In addition, Mr. Soffack has over 10 years of experience as nuclear medicine technologist, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health system management from the University of Baltimore.

John Adjei

CTO of Akili. John has 15 years of experience in IT, software engineering and product development. He has spent the last 7 years managing teams that deliver enterprise solutions with organizations across the public and private sectors. He gets excited when discussing data transformation, streaming media, content digitization and distributed processing. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
